I do this by helping people gain new insights they did not previously have. This involves recognising any triggers and patterns that are currently out of awareness, thinking about where they come from, reframing, creating new responses, and patterns of behaviour.
I am both an accredited coach and an accredited counsellor. I've held senior management positions in both large multinational and small size companies and I have been running my own business for the last 8 years. My clients appreciate working with someone who understands both the corporate and entrepreneurial world and can use both a coaching or counselling approach, depending on what is needed.
