I'm an experienced, BACP accredited counsellor.  Whatever the issues you are facing, I promise a warm welcome, and support tailored to you.

If you are feeling you have no energy left for you and are concerned you could be in danger of, or have, burnt out, then coaching with me gives you time and space to evaluate how this is happening, and  what needs to be done to help you feel better.

The exam and revision process can be stressful.  The most common issues I help with are: procrastination, inability to focus, lack of motivation, not knowing how to revise, or what to revise, freezing in exam, high anxiety. 

I provide coaching for executives, usually around issues they are feeling stuck with as they take on new challenges and move out of their comfort zones.
